How Does Managed Vending Work?
If you have received one of our leaflets with your order and want to know more and you are interested in trying one of our vendors then contact our customer services through the contact page on our shop or call them on the number on the shop. You can be located anywhere in the UK and can take advantage of one of our vendor schemes either Managed or Loan if you wish, here's how the managed scheme works:
We, or one of our partners can visit and provide a sweet vending machine and stand, fully stocked with sweets from our range, we'll give you a varied range to start. You can choose which ones we put in whenever we visit usually every two to three weeks dependent on the time of year.
How Am I responsible?
You are responsible for the safety of the machine, we do everything else. If it is damaged or develops a fault we will replace it usually within the same or next day of you calling us to report it. If it runs out which is common especially during the season and Summer months then just give us a call and we'll be out to you, but there must be more than four columns or tubes completely empty otherwise we may charge for fuel if it is a special journey.
How Often is the Machine Filled?
We visit you every two to three weeks depending on the time of year, restock the machine, take out any sweets that are not selling and replace them with new ones, clean the machine and empty the cash box giving you your commission.
What Return Do I get?
When you use our managed vendor service you keep 20% of the money the machine takes.
I Am In a Rural Area, Can I Have A Loan Vendor?
From our own experience of operating many vendors in rural areas they actually do very well once the word goes round the local children. We can even give you a sign for a window to tell local children you are selling sweets.
