Delivery & Packaging Information.

Please Be Aware:
Due to ongoing issues with UK borders, Brexit, the fuel crisis and product supply issues all orders are packed in line with our packing schedule below:

HOT WEATHER:
Due to the current extreme hot weather spell many suppliers of confectionery are not dispatching orders untill the weather cools therefore we do not expect to receive deliveries until later in the week.

Owing to this situation our packing schedules have been severley disrupted, Should you require further information about any order placed please contact Customer Service: 0330 111 4358.

Packing Schedule:

We have facilities to pack confectionery in pots twice a week,  orders are packed and dispatched to the following schedule:

  • Orders received by midday Monday are packed overnight the following Wednesday, dispatched on the Thursday and delivered Friday.
  • Orders received by midday Wednesday are packed overnight the following Sunday, dispatched on the Monday and delivered Tuesday.

This schedule is automated and adhered to although we will help out when we can if  product is needed urgently - Call Customer Service for help: 0330 111 4358.

 IF WE HAVE YOUR ORDER IN STOCK WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO DISPATCH AS SOON AS WE CAN - REMEMBER HOWEVER THAT NEXT DAY DELIVERY MEANS NEXT DAY AFTER DISPATCH NOT AFTER ORDER.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

Delivery:

DURING THE HOT WEATHER PERIOD WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND FOR HEAT DAMAGED OR MELTED STOCK.

Parcels are shipped using APC Courier 24 Hour service although there are some other options for smaller orders.

Please make sure  there is a valid mobile number in your customer details which the courier will use for tracking your parcels along with your email address.

Tracking Your Delivery:
You will receive an email upon receipt of your order informing you of its production schedule and also when it is dispatched, this email will contain tracking

information and the address of the collection point your parcels will be sent.

If you registered a mobile number then this will be used for tracking TEXT messages by APC  where available.

Your Customer Details:

You should register a mobile phone number on your account so that if it is available text messages can be sent to alert you when the parcels are dispatched.

OUR PACKAGING.

POTS.
At Sweetlove we now pack into a 53mm quality pot from Laiv in Spain which fit all Tubs, Hurley's, Clenport and Salysol vending machines. We also now apply a tamper-proof label to avoid the lid becoming detached.
ALL OUR PLASTICS ARE RECYCLABLE

SLEEVES. 
Pots are packed into a clear plastic outer tube sealed at both ends, refilling machines using this sleeve is very easy just unseal the correct end of the sleeve and either slide into the machine or hold over the correct section and release the pots. If there are any pots left in the sleeve it can be tied off and used on the next refill. Refilling machines using the sleeve is very easy and very fast. 

OUTER PACKAGING.
Sleeves are packed into recycled cardboard outer's and shrink wrapped before dispatch. We do this as it saves you the cost of a virgin outer box, saves us disposal fees and, if you recycle, it saves the planet too!
All our packaging is recyclable!
