EPOS A Description. - DSweetlove - 02-11-2023

What is EPOS
EPOS or, Electronic Pot Ordering System to give it its full name is a version of the application we use for our own vending rounds.
It collates information on refills for each site we service ourselves. By using this we can see live what products we are selling so we know what to pack to keep up with vending round sales.
It also tells us what products are selling the best which helps us forecast our ordering so we have adequate stocks arriving for each packing schedule.
Basically it helps us keep production on track with sales.

How can this help you and your business?
We have taken the application and converted so you are able to use it as a trade customer.
It has been placed on our secure server so it shows up in your trade shop account on the top navigation bar under Machine Stocks, the third link on the menu.
Once you have added your sites in code and stocked them, every time you visit and refill it is recorded by machine and we are able to see by pot what you are using.

It is possible to have multiple machines in a site even Pringles machines.

This data is stored as an order which you can process when you want and as soon as you pay for it, it becomes a live order on our system and is packed in line with our regular schedule.
You are able to adjust the data to add some stock if required.
The order is for Pots not sleeves so the total is less and you get exactly what you want subject of course to product availability.
It is easy to change a product in a machine if you need to and you can make notes about the site, what sells best or any requests from hosts. You can also detail what commission is given if required.
SECURITY
The data is yours and we advise that you give each site a unique code so the sites cannot be recognised by anyone but you.
The data is stored in your account on the shop so is in a secure place under https protection.
